Design the world's first mobile application dedicated to activism in the fight against climate change
As the lead designer, I work closely with the founders to shape the user experience within the product. My primary objectives include enhancing new user activation (D0), improving retention rates (D1 and D7) for active users, and driving the development of key features such as chat functionalities, calls to action, the feed, and the shop.
Additionally, I am responsible for designing and maintaining the complete set of components within the Design System, applying the Atomic Design methodology. This includes close collaboration with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Redesign the entire online flight booking experience (all device)
As a provider of booking modules for airports, I was tasked with reimagining and redesigning the booking flows, incorporating complex elements such as baggage options, multi-destination flights, and more.
Additionally, the project involved a complete rebranding of the company, including the creation of a cohesive UI design system with components and responsive breakpoints. Finally, I coordinated closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of the design prototypes.

Design the interfaces for the mobile application, marketplace, and SaaS platform for a blockchain-based ticketing system.
As the sole designer, my role was to create the marketplace products, including payment solutions, as well as the mobile application interfaces for ticket booking. I also designed the SaaS product for event organizers to launch offerings on the Billy marketplace. Additionally, I developed the design system and coordinated closely with the development teams for implementation.
